Terms & Conditions for Reservation
To uphold the highest standard of service and dining experience, all reservations at Sukiyaki Japan (Sukiyaki (M) Sdn Bhd) require full payment in advance at the time of booking. This payment serves as a guarantee of your table and is considered a confirmation of your commitment to dine with us on the specified date and time.
1.Non Refundable Payment
All payments made for reservations are strictly non refundable. In the event of no show, late arrival beyond the 15-minute grace period, or last-minute cancellation, the full payment will be forfeited without exception.
2.Arrival & Seating
Guests are advised to arrive on time. Tables will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the reserved time. After this grace period, your table may be released to walk in customers and your payment forfeited.
3.Changes & Amendments
Any request for changes in date, time, or number of pax must be made at least 1 hours in advance. Approval of such changes is subject to availability and management’s sole discretion.
4.Special Requests
While we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, seating preferences, or special arrangements, these requests cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on operational capacity at the time of dining.
5.Force Majeure & Management Rights
Sukiyaki (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as technical failures, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, management may offer rescheduling options but shall not be liable for compensation beyond the value of the booking.
6.Acceptance of Terms
By completing your booking and payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to update or revise these terms when necessary to reflect operational requirements.
